2. 服务说明

Fiwa AI 是一款 AI 健身辅助应用，提供以下功能：

  • 基于摄像头的实时姿态识别和动作计数；
  • 训练形态评分和改进建议；
  • AI 教练对话和视频分析；
  • 训练历史记录和进度追踪。

重要健康免责声明：本应用提供的建议仅供参考，不构成专业医疗或健身建议。如您有健康问题，请在开始任何训练计划前咨询医生或认证健身专业人士。

3. 用户账号

使用本应用需要创建账号。您有责任：

  • 提供准确、完整的注册信息；
  • 保管好您的账号密码，对账号下的所有活动负责；
  • 发现账号被未授权使用时立即通知我们。

4. 订阅与付款

本应用提供免费版本和付费会员（VIP）服务。付费服务相关条款：

  • 订阅周期：提供月度和年度订阅选项；
  • 自动续费：iOS 端订阅通过 Apple App Store 管理，将在到期前 24 小时自动续费；
  • 取消订阅：iOS 用户可在 App Store 账号设置中取消，Android 用户请联系客服；
  • 退款：iOS 退款请联系 Apple，Android 退款请在购买后 48 小时内联系我们客服；
  • 价格变更：我们可能调整订阅价格，会提前 30 天通知现有订阅用户。

5. 用户行为准则

使用本应用时，您同意不得：

  • 以任何方式反编译、逆向工程或破解本应用；
  • 使用本应用进行任何非法或有害活动；
  • 试图绕过订阅系统或未经授权访问付费功能；
  • 上传任何违法、侵权或不当内容；
  • 干扰本应用的正常运行或服务器。

6. 知识产权

本应用的所有内容，包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、文字、图标、AI 模型，均属 Fiwa AI 或其授权方所有，受著作权法保护。您仅获得个人非商业用途的有限使用许可。

7. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证：

  • 应用无中断、无错误地运行；
  • AI 分析结果的绝对准确性；
  • 使用本应用不会导致受伤（您承担运动固有的风险）。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Fiwa AI 对因使用本应用导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任，包括但不限于运动损伤、数据丢失或利润损失。

9. 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本服务（或其任何部分）的权利。重大变更将提前 30 天通知。若我们终止服务，将按比例退还您已支付的未使用订阅费用。

10. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（香港特别行政区除外）。因本条款引起的争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Welcome to Fiwa AI. By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Services

Fiwa AI is an AI-powered fitness assistance app offering the following features:

  • Real-time camera-based pose detection and rep counting;
  • Form scoring and improvement suggestions;
  • AI coach chat and video analysis;
  • Workout history and progress tracking.

Important Health Disclaimer: Suggestions provided by this App are for reference only and do not constitute professional medical or fitness advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor or certified fitness professional before beginning any exercise program.

3. User Accounts

Using the App requires creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information;
  • Safeguarding your account credentials and taking responsibility for all activities under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers a free tier and paid VIP membership. Terms for paid services:

  • Billing Cycles: Monthly and annual subscription options are available;
  • Auto-Renewal: iOS subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew 24 hours before the expiration date;
  • Cancellation: iOS users may cancel through App Store account settings; Android users should contact customer support;
  • Refunds: For iOS, please contact Apple; for Android, contact us within 48 hours of purchase;
  • Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or crack the App in any manner;
  • Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities;
  • Attempt to bypass the subscription system or gain unauthorized access to paid features;
  • Upload any unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content;
  • Interfere with the App's normal operation or servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to software code, UI design, text, icons, and AI models — belongs to Fiwa AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You are granted only a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App;
  • Absolute accuracy of AI analysis results;
  • That use of the App will not result in injury (you assume the inherent risks of exercise).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiwa AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to sports injuries, data loss, or loss of profits.

9. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. If we discontinue the service, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR). Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, by submission to a court of competent jurisdiction.
